At Muddy River Workshop, all sales are final. Due to the handmade nature of our products and the customization options available, we do not accept returns or offer refunds under any circumstances.

All purchases are non-refundable and cannot be returned. -
Custom Orders:
Custom and personalized products are crafted to your specifications and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds. -
Order Cancellations for Custom Orders:
- Custom orders may be canceled within 48 hours of purchase.
- Any deposits made for custom orders are non-refundable to cover the cost of materials and initial labor.
- After 48 hours, no cancellations or changes can be made.
