Returns, Refunds, and Order Cancellation Policy

At Muddy River Workshop, all sales are final. Due to the handmade nature of our products and the customization options available, we do not accept returns or offer refunds under any circumstances.

Policy Highlights:

  1. Final Sale:
    All purchases are non-refundable and cannot be returned.

  2. Custom Orders:
    Custom and personalized products are crafted to your specifications and are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds.

  3. Order Cancellations for Custom Orders:

    • Custom orders may be canceled within 48 hours of purchase.
    • Any deposits made for custom orders are non-refundable to cover the cost of materials and initial labor.
    • After 48 hours, no cancellations or changes can be made.

  4. Product Quality:
    Each item is carefully inspected before shipment to ensure it meets our quality standards. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of receipt at support@muddyriverworkshop.com, and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
